Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Reservation Deposit

A $150.00 deposit is required to secure your booking. An invoice will be sent after booking confirmation.

Refundability

The deposit is refundable if cancelled more than 7 days before arrival. Processing times can be instant or up to 7 days depending on the payment method and financial institution.

Non- Refundable Window

If the reservation is canceled within 7 days of arrival, the $150.00 deposit is non-refundable.

Balance Payment

The remaining balance is due prior or on the day of arrival if paid with cash.
